We offer shipping from FedEx at fixed prices ($100 for overnight, $50 for 2-day), as well as options from USPS/Sure Post offering auto-adjusted rates starting at $13 with delivery up to 7 business days. We require an adult signature on all packages shipped to our customers. We have insurance to cover up to $35,000, if there is a need to insure at a higher value, there will be an additional charge. We do not ship internationally.

About the Sun Valley Sun Collection by Barry Peterson

In 1972 Barry created a line of jewelry inspired by a theme. The late Bill Janss, former Olympic skier and owner of Sun Valley from 1964 to 1977, asked Barry to design an original piece for the Sun Valley Company. Barry's "Sun Valley Sun" has become a Barry Peterson Jewelers signature line, with a rich heritage reflecting Barry's exquisite craftsmanship. For the Sun Valley 50th Anniversary, Barry created the all-diamond Sun Valley Sun, which glitters with 50 stunning diamonds set in the original design.

Barry Peterson Jewelers is fixture in the Sun Valley area, serving the local and tourism community for over 50 years!

Our showroom is a destination for many Sun Valley visitors. Barry's original designs and quality work have drawn distinguished clientele from around the country. No matter what the season, BPJ has clients who return year after year for not only our original and custom designed pieces, but also for the personalized care and craftsmanship of our shop's state of the art jewelry repair services.

Our Story

Services Offered:

  • Jewelry Repair

    BPJ has the finest, state of the art equipment we use to repair your personal items with the highest quality of skill and attention to detail. From gemstone cutting to jewelry restoration, we have the capabilities to handle most repair issues.

  • Watch Battery Installation

    We clean and install watch batteries in most watch brands for $35 with additional cost for same day service. We also refurbish watch cases and bracelets. We DO NOT do in house watch repair but do offer send out services to a certified repair center.

  • Engraving

    We can engrave most items under a specific size and curvature. Base fee is $45 with additional cost for multiple engraving areas and design file uploads.
